Julie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joined the practice in 1996. She graduated from University of Massachusetts- Lowell and holds a master’s degree in family and community health. Julie specializes in internal medicine, rehabilitation and management of chronic conditions. She also brings over 20 years of experience in geriatric/nursing home care. “I enjoy working with people to achieve their health care goals. Julie has been recognized within the community for decades of admirable hands-on rescue work in animal welfare. Julie has held the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for a non-profit rescue organization for 13 years. She takes on cases of elder dogs and those with medical conditions that cannot be easily managed in a shelter environment.
Prema is an ANCC board-certified Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who received a Master’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts(UMass)-Lowell in 2013. For several years, she served as clinical visiting faculty at UMass-Lowell teaching undergraduate and graduate students. Prema brings valuable teaching experience as an Indian medical school lecturer. With a Master’s in Human Anatomy, she is a life member of the Anatomical Association of India. The complete wellness of patients is her passion, and she would also like to pursue palliative care. She is interested in telemedicine and sees its benefits in primary care. Keeping elderly population safe in their home environment is her goal. “My patients’ wellness is my success.” Prema also loves to cook, spend time with her family, and serve as a Sunday school teacher and mentor to kids and teens. She speaks English, Tamil, Malayam, and Hindi.
Trained as an alternative medicine physician in India, Sweta continued her commitment to health care with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Yale University. She is a Certified member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International. She believes in building a strong patient-provider relationship by listening and spending more time which helps augment primary care and impart a holistic approach to care. She resides in Greater Boston with her husband, toddler and 2 pups. You will find her “delving a little deeper each day into my passion for medicine” and “experiencing life through travel, books, people stories, basically art in any form.” Sweta is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Shradha is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at University of New Mexico School of Nursing in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Shradha chose to advance her nursing career because of her desire to improve people’s quality of life. “I believe in providing personalized care tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs.” In her spare time, Shradha enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and often can be found in some hiking trails. In addition to English and Hindi proficiency, Shradha speaks fluent Nepali.
